Just to let you know that I am a pleased owner of a new outdoor stair lift [Sterling 1000]. Instead of climbing those stairs, my mother can now ride with safety, up and down. One hour after confirmation call, Nate and Jose were on the job and prepared to finish the job in a short time. Soon I was receiving a complete demonstration and explanation on operation and care of our Sterling 1000 outdoor stair lift.
